Return products
As a customer of Gouraki.gr, you have the possibility to return the products you have chosen, if you have changed your mind, the size does not suit you, the selection does not meet your expectations or the product is defective. The Gouraki.gr team tries not to send products that do not meet our team's quality criteria, but there is always the possibility of a defective product or a product that, due to its handmade nature, differs from the photo on our site.
After you have received the product, you have the right by law to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any expense, except for the costs of return. Contact us at info@gouraki.gr to let us know that you want to return part or all of your order. After checking the return request we will contact you. The product must be received by the partner courier company within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified our company of your wish to return the product, accompanied by the proof of purchase. The above-mentioned times are indicative and it is possible, after consultation and having your best service in mind, to be extended as far as possible.

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us and we will arrange a return from you, as well as a full refund for the products. After acceptance of the product you will be refunded in the ways mentioned above, including shipping costs and we will arrange for the return of the defective product.
In order for us to refund you for returned products or replace the products, the products must be in their original condition. This assumes that the original packaging as well as the labels and tags are still on the product. We would ask that the products be in separate packaging to protect them during transport to us.

Refund process
In case of purchase by debit or credit card or PayPal we credit your debit or credit card or PayPal account with the value of the products and delivery costs as soon as they are received and approved. Delivery costs are not refunded if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by Gouraki.gr (for example your own courier company, special delivery method by appointment, etc.). Return costs are your responsibility, unless there is an error on our part, such as a non-functioning or defective product. Possible variation of the product in color or other characteristics due to the handmade nature of the product or color/texture rendering from the computer screen cannot be understood as our fault. In this case, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Once we have received the product and issued the credit, we will send you another confirmation e-mail.
In cases of purchase of products with cash on delivery, the refund will be made through a deposit to the customer's bank account. We would therefore kindly ask you to inform us by email of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you hold the account and the name of the beneficiary as it appears in the booklet.
The amount we will refund you will not include the return costs, unless the return of the product is due to our fault (see above).
Sometimes there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card which may be due to the bank or our error. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 14 days of your refund notification.
Special cases
Products manufactured to your specifications or in the case of personalized products are not returnable.
Gift cards
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be mailed a gift certificate.
Product Warranties
We make every effort to ensure that the product you received remains in good condition for many years. However, in some cases it is not possible to have absolute quality control, resulting in problems occurring over time. In this case you can contact us in order to repair or replace the defective part of the product within 2 years from the date of purchase.
